Tuna burger special.
Ever heard of cheat days or cheat meals where u indulge in the food u like but as long fits your macro.
Well, for me, i dont really like dieting, thus, i trying my best to cook my own healthy style of cheat meal ( which i can cheat every day).
Today special - Tuna burger special

cal : 500cal
carb : 25g
protein :35g
fats : 29g
ratio C/P/F : 20/28/52
Ingredient
- Oats
- Tuna
- Chopped onion
- egg whites
- whole egg
- olive oil
- breakthru bread
- cheese
Patty in the pan
A great meal for night time especially when you need to shy away from carb.

Well, i added some of the potato wedges to enhance the taste of the burger.
here goes nothing.
This potato wedges fits in roughly 200-300 cal depending on how much oil you used, for me i just used a tablespoon of oil.
*off topic : motivation level : 10/10 after a satisfactory meal , off to gym to bring the guns out.
