i come out with this roti choon : sandwich of doom .
Sorry but i took a bite there.. =) irresistible
Ingredients :
3 breakthru breads
half tomato
2 slices of cucumber
1 cheese
3 sardine fish
1 egg
2 biji small onion.
olive oil
Approx Cal : 500
Micros : i didn really remember the sardines, but its quite balance off as sardine contain high amount of fat. This menu tend to lean to low carb diet though
*As for my meal : i added additional 1 piece of bread , with an apple before hand + some yogurt which total up for me round 800 cal.. =)
*from what i experience, i simply cant resist the taste of the bread when it is slowly pan fried. The taste is different then when you use the toaster. Added some of the oil giving it superb crispness , this curb my craving for other foods.. ^^
