Fitness are something everyone would love to have , but would not work for it. In sudden, i felt that i am not fit at all. Although being born with perfect body, i mean with limbs and not handicapped. I felt that i am still lacking something all the while, which is the perfect body shape. Looking at my rounded body last time, i tend to shed of body fats by doing weight training + cardio. And when i hit the injuries on my knee, i now felt i am lacking something. The key to fitness is not only merely weight training to pack on your muscles, cardio to strengthen your stamina and diet to keep those belly fats away.
The key to Fitness comprises of 5 different aspect.
1) Diet
2)Weight training
3) Cardio exercises
4) CORE TRAINING
5) ISOMETRIC TRAINING
Why do I Caps Lock those last 2 aspect? This is what i lacking most and i feel that is where it contribute to my injuries. Many of us go to the gym to make big huge muscle, did anyone of us think actually, are we really that fit? with those huge guns, are we superior? I was jogging today as usual and lots of things regarding this came across my mind. Look at those celebrities and athletes. What makes them actually so different from us? Issit the Diet? or weight training? or they do tons of cardio? No, i do not think that is just enough for fitness. Why do footballers like Ronaldo could dribblel so easily? Issit because he is talented?Well, i dont deny that, but what makes him so agile ? It is because he has a very strong core that enable him to dribble pass defenders easily.
Next up, remember those folks in step up 3?Wow, i bet very few of them can actually pull out those moves. People might think its easy, give it a shot. With purely strength training, you cant do that . Try asking Ronnie Coleman doing that. It is up to you to think what is best for you though.
