1. Sesamin Oil
Oil?! yeah, its oil. Use fats to burn fats. Simple huh? Should i go into the technical terms? I am afraid it will bore you guys out. All right, make it KISS , sesamin oil is a extraction from sesame seed. It contain Sesamin is a lignan isolated from sesamin seeds.In the case of sesamin, it binds to and activates a receptor called Peroxisome Proliferator-Activator Receptor Alpha (PPARalpha).Activation of PPARalpha increases gene expression of the fatty acid oxidation enzymes and decreases gene expression of lipogenic enzymes. Sesamin has been shown to be a PPAR activator and this causes increase in fat burn in body. Besides that, sesamin will promote oxidation of fatty acids and also decrease fat storage . 2. Apples
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Having low in calories but high in fibre, apples can help suppress appetite if consumed properly according along with nutrient timing. Apple, a product from nature contain anti-oxidant properties too. Being low in GI (glycemic index) , apple benefits diabetic patients but not in an excess. This is due to the high amount of fructose content in apple.
3. Tomatoes
One of my favourite and easy going food. Tomatoes being red in colour are very high in lycopene.Lycopene is a very strong antioxidant, which can helps to reduce free radical that is produced after exercise or activities. This free radicals are known to lead to aging, and also damage to tissue cells and even causes atherosclerosis. Eating tomato will also helps to improve one's complexion since it a good antioxidant food.

Green tea contains caffeine and alot polyphenols . The most important catechol polyphenols in green tea is EGCG ( epigallocatechin gallate ). EGCG is a very strong anti-oxidant present in green tea. A picture says a thousand words. Just a simple poster to promote green tea. Green tea provides a wide range of health benefits from loosing fats ,slimming and to anti-cancer properties.
