I was , repeated again the word, WAS a fat guy. Being at 82kg with constant exercise and hardwork. I couldnt loose an inch from my belly. I was getting from 32inch during secondary school to 35 inch during my form 6. I told myself, that i have to loose weight and inches. After my STPM, i exercise in my house with some weights leftover by my dad and also swimming daily. Sometimes, i did double cardio session a day hoping it could burn those layer of fats on my belly. My life totally change when i was practicing unhealthy cutting and manage to loose away 12kg in 2 months time. However, those times were horrible as i could imagine, 2-3 hrs of badminton followed by 45min in gym almost everyday regardless whether shine or rain. Although i loose 12kgs, but i could feel i catabolize more muscle mass than body fats alone.
In this 3 months , with constant reading and experimenting with my body, i manage to transform my body with healthy cutting. Gaining muscle is not that short term and easy process. It takes a year to gain 5-10lbs of pure muscles. Unless u are talking bout mixture of fats (ewwww, something i phobia) and muscles. At least, i wasnt that shy to show my body in beaches anymore.. ^^
ps : i couldnt get the photo when i reduce my weight by 12 kg because i hate camera!! i always look chubby and it is hard to get a nice looking photo.. .-.-"
HOW DID I DO?
I will be posting a guide soon . It will be my holiday project and as i am loosing inches from my waist, i am also moving inches closer to disaster (exam sucks fyi) .

I feel like i am so pitiful in december 2010 (rib cage bone can be seen) due to lack of muscle mass,
This is 3 months after lifting . 61.5kg

In april, i stopped on any supplements (only continue on multi vit /fish oil/ lecithin ) and go on a bulking diet ( dirty bulk ) . From what i can say, i still have the bony rib cage, which i feel very pathetic. 63kg

In october, my most recent picture , this is me after almost 13 months of lifting. guess what? =) rib cage gone?? This shows that i had pack on some muscle mass while maintaining close to my body weight. This is what i call BODY RECOMPOSITION , changing your body composition of muscle mass and body fat. *62.6kg (different scale)
