New Goals

It been so long since i last posted anything.
Have been very busy with projects,research and so on.

Summary of what i gain and learned/experience:

-I gained total of 1.4lbs per month for 5 months now putting me 67kg (lowest body fat ever i reached ) compared to my october whereby i am only 62.7kg (lowest body fat ever i reached)
-Well, combining my experience, knowledge in supplementation and also dietary, i will go out trying to reach a crazy 3-4lbs per month gain of lean mass. ( it is possible and not impossible - though everything is worth a try ) This would means i will be competiting with people who are on gear, whereby they are gaining 5-7lbs per mth. Crazy idea though

My next stack would remain a secret though until i see success.
However, my previous stack was, elite whey, hemorage black uc ( on and off - cycle ) , hydrobuilder n casein.
