Penang bridge marathon here i come! 21km ( half marathon)
hoping i could get a medal and certificate ( <3 hours and 30 minutes)
gonna consume half serving mass gainer pre and post marathon and after that dimsum + char kuey teow!
sorry guys! gonna be my off day from healthy food . i called this CHEAT DAY!
sunday - the day i expect to consume 8k calories.=)
